Education doesn't stop because schools close
Royal Albert Hall helping to deliver on the promise of Digital Britain

In the first few days of its launch over 50 successful downloads have been completed with significant engagement expected for this free learning resource. When much of the country is experiencing significant problems due to the 'adverse weather conditions' and many schools close, Showtime is already ensuring students do not miss out on valuable education.

The Showtime resource, downloadable to any PC, is an interactive multimedia programme that demonstrates how the Royal Albert Hall staff, in a variety of roles, use elements of English, Maths and ICT in every working day. Each Showtime unit introduces a member of the Hall's staff and explains the jobs they do.
