Philip R. Chase a leader in financial strategic management is named as the Vice President of Finance for PerformTech. In the past 18 months, PerformTech's growth has tripled, creating a need for strong financial leadership of innovative and impressive credientials, such as Philip R. Chase.

Mr. Chase brings clear direction, leadership abilities, and vast financial industry experience to PerformTech. After joining PerformTech as a consultant in 2007, Mr. Chase quickly exceeded expectations in leading and managing PerformTech's accounting operations. As Vice President of Finance, Philip continues to mold PerformTech's financial strategy through a period of rapid growth.

Mr. Chase as President of Synergis, LLC, provided financial, strategic, organization, and valuation support for the local business and management advisory firm. He is also a founder and Vice Chairman of the Virginia based, Security One Bank. Additionally, Mr. Chase sits on the board of Small Northern Virginia Companies (SNVC), where he continues to develop operational plans and strategize financial risk management with other community leaders. Previously, Mr, Chase served as Director of Corporate Operations at Stanley Associates, where he was responsible for strategic vision and process improvement initiatives.
